Comment : When I picked up my truck and started down the highway, I noticed my hood vibrating, they didn't make sure my hood was latched down. I also got new tires on my dually, and the next day my driver's side outside rear dual was flat, bad valve stem. The problem I had was not the two issues, but the attitude of the service guy I worked with. His name was Cam and he was not really concerned,or bothered by what I felt like we're rather large issues. Especially the truck hood not being latched properly. That could've been a giant liability issue if I hadn't noticed it and pulled over to latch it properly. Normally my dealings with this company have been positive, so this surprised me, but I also had not ever worked with Cam before, and won't again.

Comment : I have always had good experience with same day auto. I have used them several time over the last couple years. There Snap program 100 same as cash program has been a life saver at time
