Comment : Over the past 5 or 6 years, the quality of at same day auto has gone down. Everything from I have had to take my car back multiple times for same issue not being resolved and its a different thing causing it each time which leads to more money down the drain to one time when I got my car back I noticed immediately driving out of the parking lot that my front right tire was acting weird and pulled over to find out they had filled my tire to 52 psi (which is blowout risk) and its suppose to be at 32 psi which doesn't just happen on its own. I also had a transmission go out on a car that's value was maybe $1200 and they quoted me $6200 for a transmission rebuild and said it was a great idea to go ahead with it...um no. I have also noticed they are notorious for "labor stacking" which is charging you labor cost for things they are doing all at the same time as if they started 1 task and completed that one fully and then started the next one and so on, so if they are charging you $2000 for multiple things together another shop would charge you $1200 for same stuff without the labor stacking. Overall they are overpriced and I will be looking for a different shop.

Comment : Ordered a battery not in stock so prepaid $182 and saw the price on the computer with the salesman. Delivery delayed 3 days and then told I was quoted the wrong price and had to pay an additional $38 to get what I?d already paid for! I needed the thing, plead my case and no dice. I figured I?ll just pay the extra $38 toll fee from Same Day and not return.
