Comment : This place is mighty proud of every thing they do. I took my car in to get an oil change and brake pads because the brakes were squealing a little. They called me saying that my brake pads were fine, but my rotors had a lip on them and had to be replaced. They also tried to talk me into getting shocks and struts and some other expensive repairs I didn't need, but just to see, I asked how much to replace the rotors (even though I don't see how the rotors could be bad but the pads still good). I was expecting to hear $600 or $700, which I still would have laughed at them for trying to charge, but I nearly dropped my phone when they told me $1400. $1400 f'n dollars for brake rotors!?!?! I told them no way and that I was coming to get my car. Then they cheerfully told me the basic oil change they performed was $90. For a Volkswagen Passat. These people are trying to get rich off suckers, but I don't think I know anyone dumb enough to spend enough money to be a down payment on a brand new car to put brakes and shocks on one with 90,000 miles. They tried to get my email address and permission to send me push notifications when I paid for the oil change, but I told them there was absolutely no point in that because there was no way I would ever pay them to even wipe my windshield after the $90 sucker punch oil change and walked out. If you don't like to be price gouged, stay away from these leeches. I'd give them - stars if I could.

Comment : Thanks to Same Day Auto my car is still driving quite well. Honoring the warranties-even when I forgot about them-my car was repaired in a timely fashion. Which means my car lives to see another day on the road! Kudos to you Same Day Auto.

Comment : Customer service is awesome as always. They always talk to you with sincerity and respect. The communication is on point when it comes to letting you know what is wrong or not wrong with your vehicle. There is no other place that my husband and i will take our car to in this town put same day auto on 61st and Lewis for car repairs. Plus the coffee is great. Lol

Comment : My experience at Same Day Auto was wonderful my!!!! My car had malfunctioned as I was running errands. I called AAA, got names of 3 or 4 places for the wrecker to take me and the car. I chose Same Day service & thanked God that I did. They were professionals all the way. D diagnosed the car problem quickly. Communicated frequently with me, kept me informed of car situation. It is a place I will quickly recommend to anyone with car problems because I was treated respectfully & professionally all the time. My car was also. Thank you.
