Comment : I have always appreciated the good work, friendliness and fair pricing here but last time (with new management) I was very unhappy. My car had to be left over the weekend and, after spending over $1000, my car was unwashed when I picked it up after hours. I ran it through a brushless car wash and when I got home I found scratches in the clear coat on the hood. After two weeks of phone calls (always by me - no one ever got back to me) they are saying the clear coat is just old and it must have been the car wash. No willingness to take any responsibility.
