Comment : I had previously posted a review for 1 star and explained why... So I took my car back in for the 3rd time total to get it fixed hopefully. It had been in the 1st time and had the TCM replaced, was also showing codes for misfires that were not addressed even though they specifically said they would check it. When my husband had asked about it at pickup, they blew it off and said no, the technician said it was running great. It was having the rough idle issue that increased in frequency and aggressiveness. They took it back in and did not charge to run the diagnostic again since I told them we already had that done before and they had specifically said they would check and address it and did not. So then the Idle Air Control Valve needed replacing, that part is discontinued so they charged us the same price to put an after market one on as they quoted for the new one they planned on. That part did not work, the check engine light was on and the car was still having rough idle issues. So we had paid over $1300 that time for the valve and an AC fan. When my husband was picking it up, he talked with them about the check engine light being on, and could it have been a faulty after market part we could have them change out? They blew him off and said they had done what they could do. So after all this I called and let them & asked for management, let them know my car was not fixed despite all these trips in. I said I wanted my car fixed and I would not pay to have anything further done as they had already charged me $1000 for the valve itself/labor and it was not fixed. The only difference was now the check engine light was on and it still did not work. They had me bring it in again. At no charge (rightfully so) they replaced the valve again with a new after market one that appears to be working. At pickup, then manager was very nice and said it is all fixed up and in the future if I ever have trouble to speak with him directly and he will make sure I am taken care of. He also asked if I would consider retracting my review. So I honestly told him, they did not do what they said they would do the 1st time, so it was still having issues and I took it back in. Then they did not fix it that time or listen to concerns from my husband about the faulty valve and said it was good to go with the check engine light on and still not being fixed. So here we were a 3rd time to get it fixed. That did not set well with us and honestly does not make us want to do business there again. He said he understood. I may give them a 2nd chance but I am not changing much with my review because I should not need to ask to speak with a manager each time to be able to get my car taken care of. They are not cheap and should have done it right from the get go and fixed everything all at once. If I had to pay for a rental car on top of this and not get it fixed for so long that would have been even more money spent.

Comment : This location sourced an odd tire size for me and installed SAME DAY. They also re-fastened a loose fender liner as a courtesy which was very appreciated.

Comment : Took my car in originally for it dying while driving down the highway and they ran diagnostics and the TCM needed to be replaced. It also was showing codes for misfires. They replaced the TCM for us and when we picked it up, my husband asked if they did anything to check into the misfires. They said "um no, the technician said it was driving great and it is fixed". After getting it back it was having issues with the idle bouncing aggressively while at a stop which got worse with frequency and aggressiveness. Took it back in, they said it was an Idle Air Valve and they quoted to fix it for getting the part from the dealership and would have it the following day. The next day they called and said the ac fan needed replaced. Then they called and said they used an aftermarket idle air valve and its throwing a chech engine light. Said they would get the part from the dealership this time.called back again and were not able to get the part from the dealership because it was discontinued. Charged the same price. Did not so what they said they would do. Then the check engine light is now on and they said there is nothing else they can do, it is what it is. The check engine light is nothing to worry about. We won't be wasting money there again.

Comment : I had a flat tire and was able to make it to this location in Berry Hill. It was late in the day and they took excellent care. I didn't have the proper stuff needed to change my tire. They got my truck in and out in a very short period of time and the technician Caleb did an excellent job. I highly recommend this location for any work that you need done They're thorough, honest and they do great work, and they are great people.
