Curtis was friendly and his excellent customer service is 5*. I will high recommend anyone who needs auto repairs to this outstanding location.

Comment : Great first experience! They were friendly, had easy scheduling, replied to pre-service inquiries, and they didn't complain when I supplied my own OEM factory part for them to install.

I normally DIY on most car repairs, even some engine overhauls, but this particular type of repair was even frustrating to many YouTube mechanics, so I let Same Day Auto deal with it for me instead of getting myself frustrated. (I also didn't have all the necessary tools, and didn't want to buy them for just one fix.)

My experience was so positive that I am starting to think of other car repairs I might want to bring to them soon.

Comment : Had an issue with my hybrid vehicle ran the code myself and seeing what part need to be replaced. Instead of just throwing parts at it, they did a full diagnostic test on it. Turned out didn’t need the part after all. Instead of charging me an arm and a leg for a part I didn’t need or just taking my money and replacing it. They were open upfront and honest which shows integrity and didn’t charge me a dime due to their free diagnostics. Definitely will bring my car back to them in the future!!!
