Comment : My service was fantastic! Andrew was very communicative throughout the entire process. He fully dealt with my extended warranty without any issues. The technician Dalton was just as good. I appreciate his work ethic and his quality work. I won't be taking my car anywhere else!

Comment : Work was great very happy but they suggested transmission flush for $350 and Subaru says that is not needed. Concerns me a bit I don't like to be oversold on things not needed at this point

Comment : We brought an old truck in that was making a loud knocking sound. The mechanic came outside to listen to it and make an assessment on what it would take to fix for no charge. He said it would be at least $1000 just to find out what's wrong from that decision we junk the car

On a different occasion, I brought a car in, but the starter would not work turned out. It was the alternator which they had fixed six months prior they honored their warranty and fixed it for free.

Comment : I love this place but seriously,500+ for a guess? If your 'guess' was right 500+ for coils
It took me 20 minutes to replace myself. Coils under 150 for 4 from multiple reliable vendors.
I understand, you use a flat rate computer system for estimates. Sometimes you should use the eyeball test.
