Comment : Always happy with the repair work when I take my cars to Sallas. They may not always be the least expensive, but they get me in and out quickly and I know the issue was fixed. Plus, they provide other recommendations to watch for next time.

Comment : My granddaughter was using one of our cars and it started making a funny noise when idling. She took it to a family friend who said that the damage was more than what the car was worth. It is a 2017 Chevy Equinox woth 72,000 miles. I had ot towed to Sallas who found the problems, fixed them with a warranty and saved us from scrapping a perfectly good car.They were knowledgeable and professional through the whole deal. We have another older car we are taking there soon.We felt they were honest and reasonably priced. Comment : Over the last 10 years it has been my fortune to have Salas Automotive provide care (repair/maintenance) for my vehicles. Each opportunity has been a remarkable experience of unbridled professionalism. The attention to detail by mechanics and staff to ensure repair excellence, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction is beyond reproach. During my last repair of a heater coil December 2024, my car warranty company was extremely unprofessional in every aspect of the claim response. To include excessive phone hold times (50+ mins), delays with claim authorization (18 days) after submitting the claim by email, cutting labor hours, and not covering parts and supplies. Even to the point of delaying payment (22nd day) and then reducing the previously authorized amount on Xmas eve. Salas was totally respectful with their responses to this horrific experience.
