Comment : Not too happy that they want to charge me $300-$400 to read my check engine code then charge me additional for any repair. Auto parts stores charge $0 to read my codes. Other auto repair places in CA will use $$ from reading codes towards repair unless the do not fix my car.

Comment : I thought I’d try Sage Creek Repair for the first time with some issues we were having with our Family vehicle. The diagnosis was the most thorough I’ve ever seen with pictures and video for a complete transparency. They were very clear on scope of work to perform and the transactions for the deposit and the final payment were super easy. They did a great job on our van. Although there were a few hiccups with the timing of getting parts, they were very good at communicating that to us so we could plan our lives around the absence of our vehicle. I feel like they were very honest with the way they conduct their business and I would highly recommend them again, and I plan on using them in the future.

Comment : Took a vehicle in for a bad water pump. I thought I kind of knew what the problem was and was hoping to get pricing. They did a full vehicle inspection along with the pressure test without charging me any extra! The inspection revealed a few small issues with the vehicle that I was not aware of. They worked with me on price and were super prompt and friendly. The vehicle was returned to me clean and working. I wouldn't have any problem referring them to friends. Thanks for the good work.
