Comment : Towed car to wrong location, when we called to fix the issue "Donna" was rude and short and said we need to call AAA, triple AAA referred us back to the tow company, Donna was very short and rude and did not take ownership of her erroneous error, a simple I'm sorry we will get this rectified immediately would have sufficed, instead of making us run in circles and having them move the car to the correct auto shop after multiple calls. I'm not mad mistakes happen, it's how you handle mistakes that show who you really are.  Sacks is terrible with customer service and Donna needs a lesson in patience and kindness especially around the holidays.  When contacting AAA I'd advise you request another tow company.

Comment : Car wouldn't start and i was parked in the back of a house an uphill wrap around driveway which made it difficult for the tow truck to enter and it was pouring down rain but with some patience and elbow grease my driver got the car on the flat bed of the truck and drove me and my car to the mechanic....thank you Brian for your help and good conversation during the ride to the mechanic....bless you

Comment : As a result of transmission problems , I have called upon Sacks Automotive and Towing 3 times within the last month for towing services. They have been extremely responsive, prompt and professional. Not only do I highly recommend them to my friends and family but I will continue to use them in the future. Hopefully, less and less as these automotive problems decrease.
