Comment : Never made it to the dealership. Called on a truck they had posted on web with a clear price that looked attractive. Asked phone salesman to get me a buyers order. First thing he says is there will be dealer adds .I asked for what, I really don t want to add anything. He said, for wheel locks, tint, mystery protectants . He said about $1800 or so . I asked him to speak with the GM and get me the price posted on the web. A few hours later, I got a call back, and the new story was that truck which was advertised as new with 15 miles was really not for sale b/c it was going to be a loaner for their service department. But, you see we have these other ones that we just like it and the monthly payment would be almost the same blah, blah, blah . Not sure what city folk call this approach, but folks from the country call this the Bait and Switch ..I purchased a similar truck at my local small dealer at the right low price w/o any dealer add nonsense or tricks with the web or inventory .. A great experience. I guess these big conglomerate dealers will never change ..Always trying to prey on ignorance and will slip dollars into deals and talk monthly Payne td while they pad their profits.Never made it to the dealership.
