Comment : We have been to many dealerships over the years. We were amazed when we arrived at Ruxer Ford. We had the best salesman ever . Stan the man!!!
We were treated like old friends. Everyone at this dealership was amazing. No pressure no up sales no BS. Best sales experience ever!! We drove over three hours to this dealership, and we would do it again in a heartbeat. Nicest folks you would ever meet. Thank you for being honest, up front and just great people. Comment : My wife's explorer was sent the recall notice about the a pillar recall needing to be inspected at a dealership and fixed if it failed. I put it off as long as I could because it's our main vehicle for our family. But... The passenger a pillar trim finally detached so I had to take it in. The body shop manager started the case, and inspected her vehicle and said that indeed it would need both replaced. He said that Ford was shorting them on hours to do the repair, so to combat this, they were batching them and doing a bunch of explorers all together at 1 time. He said we would be added to the next batch. This was disappointing to here, but they were short people in the body shop and they are the closest dealer to us. We had a trip coming up and he explained that it would only be cosmetic issue not a mechanical issue and we would be ok to take the vehicle. I thanked him and left with the understanding I would be receiving a call in a month or so to bring it in for the work. Boy was I suprised to receive a call later that day saying he had pulled some strings and asked if we could bring it in the next week. He squeezed us in to make sure it was repaired for our trip. This was greatly appreciated and we dropped it off Monday night. Tuesday afternoon we picked it up and all open and serviceable recalls were completed on it. Our family really appreciates that Ruxers body shop went above and beyond for us and will highly recommend them!
