Comment : I dropped my MKZ off with a valve cap missing from my right rear tire, and my tire pressures at LF - 40, RF - 40, LR - 40 and RR - 33.
The ticket clearly states a works oil change and in the technician's section it states:
Changed oil and filter topped off all fluids
Rotated tires inspected brakes

I read this as these services were performed. However when I picked up my car, my valve cap was still missing from my right rear tire and all my tire pressures were the same as above.
Additionally, the inspection sheet provided to me indicates all 4 tires have 38 psi, and brake linings were measured. Obviously, the tire pressures documented are incorrect, obviously tires were not rotated, and if the tires were not rotated, or removed how could an accurate reading be given for the brake linings.
The form and receipt are lacking integrity when compared to the reality of my vehicle when I picked it up. It leads me to question what other services were documented yet not adequately performed.
