During that entire time, it was completely leak-free — not a single drip of power steering fluid on their floor my truck was inside their shop have their confirmation of this.After leaving next gen auto and diesel the first thing I noticed was a massive leak from the power steering pump. They had overfilled the power steering reservoir, which forced fluid out and damaged the line seal on the pump. This leak began immediately after their service — a direct result of their negligence.The suspension work was equally sloppy. They installed my brand new King shocks upside down, with the piggyback reservoirs mounted at the top near the bed. This is a basic installation error that any competent mechanic should know to avoid, and it can negatively impact both performance and lifespan of the shocks. I have photographs proving the incorrect installation.I had to call them and tell the mechanic how to do his job. Should have left there..Even worse, when removing my previous high-end Carli shocks, they did not place them in my truck bed as requested. I had to return to the shop and specifically ask for them — it appeared they had no intention of returning them unless I confronted them. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the shop’s honesty and integrity.On top of that, I paid for an alignment during this visit. Not only did I not receive the alignment report at the time of service, but I also had to go back and request it after discovering the power steering leak.Between overfilling my power steering, causing a brand-new leak, installing expensive suspension components incorrectly, withholding my old shocks until I demanded them, and failing to provide documentation I had paid for, this shop has shown a complete lack of professionalism, skill, and integrity.I now have additional repair costs for issues that did not exist before they worked on my truck, and I will never return. I strongly advise anyone considering this shop to take your business elsewhere if you value competent, careful, and honest work on your vehicle.Also the style of pump I have does not have a vented power steering cap should probably go back to building legos before working on vehicles.I still cant believe how uneducated the mechanics are and the person over the phone is. Also you should probably look more into my power stearing pump and realize it is not a vented cap all you have to do is take it off and look at it..
