Comment : Very poor customer service.... went in and spoke to sales person on a Friday (11am) and for lack of a better words found my dream SUV saw it took pics etc. I currently drive a SUV bought in the heart of covid so i know we overspent which means odds are I'm sitting on neg equity. Sent truck and details to my husband (at work)and my husband filled out credit app that was sent to us via text message sent it and told me to let them know it was done. Than silence all day. After an outgoing phone call to sales person around 4pm that my husband was home and would love to come see SUV, we got a bunch excuses ie.. can't find SUV co worker took keys home etc, than my husband got notice his credit was pulled about 517pm. they closed at 6pm so we left it alone until morning. A little after noon i texted sales person to get any kind of update was told "no approved due to neg equity without a down payment" i proceeded to ask how much down would be needed? got no answer. So i proceeded to call and told them how far up on down we were willing to go, then story changed, i then informed them that me and my husband would take our business elsewhere but wanted to report the poor service we received and felt we were never talked to or no deal was even attempted to be made. Within mins of talking to someone at dealership and finding out our possible down. all of the sudden they wanted to talk to us about down payments and what they could work out. even with our lower credit score mind you all this came after i was told we weren't approved ?? By Who??
