Comment : Worth Every Penny!!!
Everyone here is very nice, and professional. I got a diagnostic from them and was impressed with how detailed the report was and easy to understand. I felt as if they were extremely honest and upfront about everything.They are easy to communicate with, they answer text messages very quickly and they were good about returning my calls. They were flexible and willing to work with me. I even canceled twice in one week and they still were able to get my truck in that same week!! There services cost a little more than your average shop but they are worth every penny.

Comment : I found this place very helpful. Every step of the way they asked me if it was okay and told me the price. They went out of there way to make things better for me, especially when they ordered a part I got told it would be a few weeks and a set price. He then asked me if could call around and see if it could be done better. They got it to come in a week with a couple hundred dollars off. Comment : They take advantage of you g women who come in to get their vehicles checked. They do more than asked and charge for that. She needed a simple diagnosis of her engine but they do an advanced inspection of the entire car. After all that the car is still undiagnosed. Worst place to take your car. Comment : Ruppels auto went above and beyond when I came to town to visit my family and suddenly heard an awful noise under my car at 3pm on a Friday. We called and they told us to come on by and they would look at it. They took a quick drive around the block and looked underneath to find out that the underpinning had come loose from when I got an oil change a week earlier in my home town. They snapped it back in place and I was on my way.
