Comment : They take advantage of you g women who come in to get their vehicles checked. They do more than asked and charge for that. She needed a simple diagnosis of her engine but they do an advanced inspection of the entire car. After all that the car is still undiagnosed. Worst place to take your car. Comment : Ruppels auto went above and beyond when I came to town to visit my family and suddenly heard an awful noise under my car at 3pm on a Friday. We called and they told us to come on by and they would look at it. They took a quick drive around the block and looked underneath to find out that the underpinning had come loose from when I got an oil change a week earlier in my home town. They snapped it back in place and I was on my way.
