Comment : I was overcharged for a tire rotation ($60) and the oil change was above average so they should have been thorough, but no less than a month later my serpentine belt snapped. Guess that’s not part of a basic inspection? Won’t be returning.

Comment : Several fake good reviews. This place is not safe to take your car to. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP! Our car was broken into and they didn’t even care to let us know or cover it.

Comment : DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! My car was broken into while in the lot and no one called me to tell me anything even though they have all my info. My insurance adjuster was the one that told me. Now I’ve been trying to call them and I have received no response. I will be towing my car at out of there first thing never have I experience anything like this!

Comment : Quick- get your car over for anything you'be been putting off, since RT mechanics are moving on & RT will be closing in December 2023
There was a very slow leak in one tire- took 7 weeks for it to lose air. Turns out that the mechanic found a small piece of metal that was lodged in the treads!  
There was a blackout in the neighborhood that day, so the mechanic completed the oil change in the dark.
Thumb's UP!  Great diligence & attention to detail.
(P.S.  The mechanic was sweeping clean both the outside & inside of the garage early in the morning before work. )
