Comment : RS Auto did exceptional work diagnosing a complex electrical and battery issue on my Mazda 3 after multiple failed attempts elsewhere. They identified the real problem quickly, explained everything clearly, and helped me advocate for a warranty replacement so I didn’t end up paying for something I shouldn’t have. Their front-desk representative, is outstanding — a level of customer service, clarity, and support that is rarely experienced. They build trust from the first call and make you feel confident that your car is in the right hands. RS Auto has earned my loyalty, and this is where I’ll continue to go for all future work.

Comment : I called RS automotive twice and talked to two different people who both gave me advice on how to attempt to fix my issue without having to come in for service. Even though I had to come in for service they explained everything in detail and I felt comfortable and assured that they were going to do the best job possible for the best price. Highly recommend. Comment : Hi, RS Automotive used to be a stellar shop. Last 3 times I was there. Time 1: Couldn't fix anything, sent me to the dealer for a software update...charged $225 for the info. Time 2: New battery and oil change. Head gasket leaking. $900+ to fix everything. Air conditioning worked perfectly. Car ran perfectly. OK. Time 3: Car starts stalling out all over town. Had to have it towed back. They reset the computer. Drove it 23 miles. Then charged me $110 to fix their mistake. I ask them to look at the air conditioner. They gave it back and said I declined to fix the air conditioner. Because they know they broke it. They must have a new mechanic and he doesn't know what he is doing. But worse they do not take responsibility for their work and they have become shady about it. Stay away....
