Comment : In September of last year, I broke down on Rt. 68 outside of Hancock. Not knowing the area, I contacted R&S. They came and towed me to the shop. The truck had overheated and needed a head gasket job. The truck was in the shop for close to a month. Got the truck back - 6 months and $5,000 later my truck needs a new engine. I am not even including everything here, i.e., Roger telling me he sent a refund payment to me for a part twice while he never sent it. Comment : Fantastic customer service and support. I would rate 100 stars if I could. Nicholas went above and beyond to help me get my car back after it broke down on the side of the road. Patience beyond words and very very thoughtful and accommodating. Comment : We have family in Michigan and have driven the Ohio and Pennsylvania Turnpikes many times.On this trip we left early December because of an unexpected illness. We were driving home from the extended stay on Sunday, January 5, when our truck broke down just outside of Breezewood.The truck rolled to a stop and would not engage in any gear forward or reverse. We were stuck on the side of the road. Sunday afternoon, with our dog and a pickup full of stuff.I called for an emergency tow and fortunately the truck driver, a big guy with a beard, was dispatched out of R&S Truck Repair.Roger and his team looked at the truck and found the truck required a new transmission. Rodger offered a couple of possible options and detailed the benefits, risks, and warrenties with each option.It is now 2 weeks later and the truck is running great.Rodger's forthright speech and honest communication is helpful when you have to deal with an automative setback.The shop is about 60 miles from our home. If we are ever diagonsed with an expensive repair, I plan to drive (or tow) the vehicle to R&S and Rodger.We have family in Michigan and have driven the Ohio and Pennsylvania Turnpikes many times. Comment : I needed a jump start and was a little worried because my PHEV seemed more complicated than other cars. However, the technician arrived, demonstrated experience with a similar vehicle, and got it running. Thank you!

Comment : Highly Recommend these guys. Everyone there was very kind and helpful, and if I'm ever in need of auto repair near Hancock they're my go to. I gave very short notice, was in and out, and they turned what was a very stressful experience into a small speed bump in my drive across the state.

Comment : Roger is a great person. Helped me out a ton. I broke down on Christmas Eve at 6pm and R&S showed up 10 minutes later with a tow.My car needed serious repairs. Comment : These guys are my angels! I was traveling from MD to IL on New Year's Eve by myself. My tire was not holding air. After 4 unsuccessful attempts at finding an OPEN auto shop at 2:30 on the eve of a holiday, I crawled into their shop. With no appointment and no notice, R&S was able to replace the leaky valve quickly while I waited. They completed my service request without any issues and had me back on the road in no time.
