Comment : This is by far the most honest mechanic shop I ve ever been to. I recently took my Audi to the Audi Chantilly dealership and they told me I needed my rear brakes fixed. My sixth sense was tingling thinking that this was a scam so I took my car to RPM autohaus in Gainesville, VA. They took a look at my brakes, called me, and told me my brakes were fine and no work on my car was needed. Not only that but they didn t even charge me for looking at my vehicle. They could have easily lied to me and given me a brake fix I didn t need. Big shout out to Manuel Delgado and RPM Autohaus for being honest. I will definitely be back! They saved me so much money. Comment : There's some good and some not so good here. Their senior techs, Jon and Lance, are pretty awesome. Always good work from them. Anyone else, it's hard to tell, because there's apparently a revolving door when it comes to anyone else working there.

Comment : My boyfriend Chris came in to service his Golf GTI for an axel shaft issue. It was taken into the shop on May 4, 2024 and was given back on June 20, 2024. On our service paper it says they checked all suspension, and assembled new suspension, changed wheel barring, changed axel shaft, and do a wheel alignment. It took more than a month to get the car back and the car came back with more issues. They stripped the coilover lock on the front right and the car came back with new issues. The vehicle came back with the speed sensor not working and the fuel gauge acting up. Please don t come here if you want work done correctly and your car to be handed back in a timely manner.
