Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : Took my husbands 2002 Dodge Ram truck (first love) to get the engine replaced. They did an excellent job. He say's it's purring like a kitten again! The price was reasonable and everyone was super friendly and informative. We will definitely use their services again if needed. Thank you

Comment : If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Triple A towed my car to this shop after breaking down on the way home from a funeral. I had to pay 500$ for a battery replacement, which I later found out is highway robbery. My car broke down AGAIN because it was not the battery, it was my alternator.
My car wasn't diagnosed properly, so I broke down again while traveling alone with my 7 year old and 6 month old baby. 0 stars if I could. You all should be ashamed.

Comment : I took my car to Roy's and asked them to tune it up because of a rough idle and to change the shocks as they were original equipment (2015). after the work it still idled rough. They broke a steering arm while changing my shocks which I had to buy new ones (additional expense). when I looked at the engine block, the covers for the spark plugs were still covered with dust! I received a nasty text in return when I commented on their work. I WILL NOT EVER TAKE MY CAR BACK TO ROYS!

Comment : Went in for oil change and asked the guy to put wipes on for me. They did oil change but forgot the wiper install.
