Comment : I took my car in for a diagnosis because it was making noise. John explained it would cost $150. I came to pick up car because they were not able fix my heat shield on my exhaust. They tacked on another $100, making it $250.without fixing anything. It was nothing but a sham and taking advantage of a woman.

They are the gold standard not just for car service but for how any business should conduct themselves professionally. They are nothing short of true experts and will never tell you something they don't know to be true and necessary.

Comment : I was stressed, car was overheating, I was way away from home, just not a good time...plus, let's be real, my work car (the one broken) isn't the nicest gem lol. So I called Roy's because they were right by where I was dead. I'm glad I did :) I didn't have anything but nice employees through this whole process. They were able to very quickly (dropped it off on a Thursday expected for a Monday/Tuesday appointment...I get a call Friday afternoon with an update! I know that's not the norm, but I'll take it ). Couple hundred miles on so far, no issues outside of the ones that were already there lol. I'll be bringing our fleet to these guys moving forward. Thank you guys for the great experience! As a side note to pricing; it was right in line with what I would imagine anyone else would be. I'm sure it could have been more and could have been less, I wasn't shocked by the amount. :) 2009 Pontiac G6 for reference

Comment : Made an appointment to drop my car off this morning due to the Airbag sensor light continually blinking. They only charged for the Diagnostics. They found it was just a loose sensor connection under the front passenger seat. Great staff there! Honest....

Comment : Roy’s is a top notch auto repair!! My Chevy truck four wheel drive stopped working. I am an old guy who still irks on my vehicles doing maintenance but with all the electronics today this fix was beyond my ability. They have EXCELLENT DIAGNOSTIC EQUIPMENT!! and technicians fixed my issue 100%. Family owned and they don’t use upselling tactics like so many places today. Friendly and honest!!!
