Comment : Been Coming to Roy's for a few years now for various odds and ends. They are honest and up-front. No surprises and decent hard working folks. They saved me some cash the other day - by giving me fix I could do myself - over the phone. I'm somewhat handy and I did save about $200 as a DIY. John walked me through what to do. I appreciate that and it today's day and age, it was refreshing. Thanks Roy's. Dont change a thing. Will keep coming to you for the stuff I can't handle.

Comment : DO NOT GO TO ROYS ….I Scheduled a appointment a week in advance & got to my appointment today 11/24/25 for a wheel and balance but was told due to my tire thread being low they couldn’t wheel and balance my tires but also told me my driver side ..CV AXLE was leaking and not sure how a Brand New Truck that just got fixed all the way around just starting leaking out of nowhere.? 😡😡 my truck was not leaking beforehand but is now & actually had my ball joints , CV and New steering rack replaced about 6months ago so I’m not understanding how it’s broke already.? But I will be contacting the better business bureau & seeking a lawyer to sue for damages to my truck. I have a witnesses and paperwork showing it was replaced but please to save yourself a headache and DO NOT COME HERE. They will play crazy and Talk to you nasty and oh The Manager will Hang up in your face
( Very Disrespectful) ….but I will not be played with nor my 2017 Ram Truck. ☺

Comment : Unethical. They failed one tire on a state inspection and tried to sell me two new tires. I decided to check with the place where I originally purchased the tires, and they said there was wear but did not need to be replaced. Then I went to another shop, and the vehicle passed inspection, and I was only informed about the tire wear. Roy's was trying to sell me unneeded tires. I also asked about additional work on my vehicle, and they quoted me substantially higher prices that other shops in the area. I will not return.

Comment : Took it in for safety and emissions and they tried telling me it needed a $1,000 worth of work. Took it to another mechanic and they said nothing was wrong. Scammers for sure! Do not go here.

Comment : Scheduled some minor services a full week in advance so it could be completed on my day off. We dropped off the car first thing in the morning for a 3-4 hour job. When I called for an update at the end of the day, I was told they didn’t touch the car because they were too busy and asked if I could leave it for another day. No phone call or heads up, complete lack of respect for their customers time. Disappointing experience.

Comment : Friendly and communicative service, helped me figure out getting my vehicle towed there, called with updates and took their time explaining everything to me in terms I could understand. Service turnaround time was great, and they came in under budget for what they quoted me. My conclusion was "Well, this is where I am taking my vehicles to get serviced from now on.
