Comment : Let me start by saying I love Toyota and we have several vehicles, was told No loaners only rent ?? Finally got a rental after a struggle, after finishing my other appointment and making it back to service clearly the vehicle wasn?t touched. He tried to make me believe they were looking into my concern first and didn?t have time to work on the recalls ( over 3.5 hours?) and no news on my concern?.before I left I offered leaving the car till next day since I drive from the coast to avoid the trip again if additional time was required (which was my fault) that was used as a cane for no work done on the vehicle. So opted for taking it back. Again I love Toyota but service this time was 0 , wasted time and money.

Comment : I recently brought our Toyota Sequoia in to Royal Moore Toyota for some warranty work, and overall the experience was excellent.

We had an appointment scheduled, so they were able to get us checked in quickly and move things along efficiently. The service advisors were outstanding?they took the time to thoroughly explain everything that needed to be done, answered all our questions patiently, and really went above and beyond to make sure we fully understood the process and what was covered under warranty.

They arranged a rental vehicle for us while the work was being completed. There was a brief mix-up that took a few extra minutes to sort out, but the advisor was very apologetic and handled it professionally?no big deal at all.

The next day, they proactively called to give us a detailed update on the repairs and to confirm when our Sequoia would be ready. We set up a convenient pickup time, and everything went smoothly from there.

Royal Moore Toyota's service team was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely customer-focused. We felt well taken care of the entire time. Highly recommend them for anyone needing Toyota service or warranty work in the Portland area!

Comment : CANNOT FIND ANYONE WHO GIVES A DAMN !! I have a known issue with my RAV4. I was told someone would call me back to make sure I was doing all the steps I could on my own. No one called. After two days I called back and was told that they?re too busy to call, no appointments available for several days, and there was a couple lack of empathy and respect.
I paid good money to this dealer for my car and to be treated as if I am a nuisance is unacceptable.

George recently went out of his way to track down a hybrid battery filter cover screw for my 2021 Toyota Venza Hybrid (Limited). Comment : Had an alternator and some other belts changed out on my 1998 4Runner. Royale moore gave me a fair price of around $340 for labor and got me in quickly. They also covered my Lyft rides to and from the dealership. Beaverton Toyota quoted $900 for the same job… will be using royale Moore in the future
