Comment : Great service: brought my car here couple of times now.

- The staff is welcoming and attentive
- quotes were lower than in other service centers (at least for spark plugs replacement)
- they even made a video to show how things are under the hood after they worked on a vehicle
- waiting area is quite nice, there is wi-fi
- don't forget about coupons they post on their site
- there is 3% credit card surcharge, no surcharge on a debit card

Comment : Sacramento and Bill were amazing. From start to finish the process was smooth, excellent communication and customer service, I came in for an oil change, and breaks and they certainly know how to provide the best possible service. I could not thank them enough. Highly recommended

Comment : Outstanding service from Steve Lyle at Royal Moore Subaru. I came in with an issue related to my gear shifter that could have easily been overlooked or treated as a minor inconvenience, but Steve took the time to thoroughly investigate it and made sure it was properly fixed. He clearly explained what was going on, kept me informed throughout the process, and made sure everything was handled correctly rather than rushing through it.

In addition to resolving the gear shifter issue, he also completed the oil change efficiently and professionally. The entire experience was smooth, transparent, and stress-free. It was clear that Steve genuinely cares about his work and about taking care of customers, not just closing a service ticket.

This kind of attention to detail and customer care is rare. I truly appreciate the effort he put in and the trust he built through his actions. Highly recommend Royal Moore Subaru Service?and definitely ask for Steve Lyle if you want exceptional service.

Comment : Two hours for my routine tire rotation and vehicle check. Sacramento was great and very nice. He did offer a free Lyft after I waited for well over an hour. Ended up taking 2 hours which is insane. I was told 45 minutes to an hour upon arrival. Obviously, the service team doing the work are untrained ?amateur hour? technicians or are being completely overwhelmed with business. I?ll never come back here and I don?t recommend other?s do either.
