For the last 3 years I have been coming in for oil changes and minor repair issues. I have had mostly neutral experiences, but two very frustrating experiences.Communication is very poor. I did not get updates when I was told I would, I was not given any sort of timeline for how long my car would be there for a taillight issue (about a month apparently because they were waiting for approval for my service contract claim).I called recently to schedule an oil change and let them know I had a taillight out and they told me they couldn’t work on my car because it is a Kia. When I explained that I had been coming there for years and had the same problem fixed a couple years ago they told me there was no record of that. I asked them to confirm that they had no record of the specific work done that I had an invoice for in my hand. Suddenly they do have a record, but they still insist they can’t change a taillight because my car is a Kia.I think their inability to work on my car is actually a blessing. It means I have an opportunity to find an efficient auto service whose staff can communicate appropriately. 1 Reviews Shane vertner Hillsboro , OR Reviewed : 06/25/2025 Comment : I brought them my used 2021 GMC Sierra AT4 that was lemon lawed. It still was having issues after the dealership I bought it from said they fixed it. They did not. It took 3 visits before I put my foot down and said "comeon guys fix it". This is where my rep looked over all the notes and said ok sir this will be painful and tedious but here is a brand new loaner truck no charge. We will do all the tests and make sure we get it this time. 4 weeks later I had my truck back and they fixed it for real! WOOHOO! The loaner truck had 1400 miles on it, and 3000 when I brought it back! I would give them 5 stars if they could have done it on the first or second visit. I am thankful for Tim making sure this got fixed and for Amanda following up and making sure I was taken care of. Then took in for scheduled warranty work had it 2 weeks and wasn’t touched until the 8th day they had it. Complained and wasn’t touched told deal with it. Hillsboro , OR Reviewed : 07/13/2024 Comment : I bought a new vehicle and a couple months after the purchase I started noticing a little problem with my transmission, I mentioned it and they told me that the vehicle is fine, I went with my life and I still have the same problem with my transmission, I brought the vehicle back to service and many time later until now they still denying that sounds on my transmission and is not fixed. I’m driving around with the same transmission issue for 5 years, I hope doesn’t quit on me. I’m stuck with an almost new vehicle because I don’t drive much and I have low mileage in the vehicle. Not happy with the service at the service department and I can’t trust them anymore. They don’t rotate tires unless you double check with them. Sad. Don’t buy a vehicle from this dealership.
