Ralph, the Service Writer, was Great; a gentleman, explained wait time & everything to me, personable, knowledgeable and I was headed out at about the time I was told I should be!! Comment : I recently purchased a 2021 used Lexus 200 and Matt Coulter was my sales person. This is by far the best experience I have ever had purchasing a car. Matt is not your typical car salesman. He actually made the whole experience FUN from start to finish. He is responsive, knowledgeable and trustworthy. He even went out of his way (after the sale was finalized) to go to Hertz (where I lost my work cell phone) and ship it back to me. I highly recommend Matt and Royal Automotive to anyone looking to purchase a used or new vehicle.

Comment : Have had a good experience in both buying my car, and the service center afterwards. Bought my AT4 from Don, who has since retired. Matt is my guy in the service department, and is always up front and thorough with all my service needs. If you set an appointment on the app, you are generally in and out of there same day. I would definitely recommend Royal for your GMC needs.
