Comment : Purchased a pre-owned vehicle with warranty less than 2 months ago and every service light possible has came on. Took the vehicle to express oil and was told the vehicle need basic maintenance (tune-up and brakes). Warranty did not cover this. Tried contacting the sales person to see if I had any recourse and never received a call back. The overall maintenance caused appx $1000. This dealership is not recommended. They are quick to respond when trying to make a sale but afterwards nothing.

Comment : Excellent customer service! Salesman, Josh Templeton, was great! He was very patient showing me all the technology and features. This is only the 2nd brand new car I've ever purchased- 2026 Buick Enclave.
And the bonus- I didn't have to spend all day at the dealership! I will definitely recommend Josh and Royal Automotive to my friends and family!

Comment : Read the car fax and other documents yourself. Do not rely on what these sales reps tell you. The negotiation conversation went from ?no prior accidents? to ?I was mistaken, the car has one minor accident? to me reading the documnts and discovering two prior accidents. Of course the sales dept knew this information. They simply count on you not reading it and not pushing back. I walked out in the sale. Buyer beware!

Comment : I have bought a few vehicles here. Each time I have been navigating some unique situations. Daniel and Matthew have really shown out each tome making me feel good about the purchase, being patient with me, and not feeling pressed for a decision. Highly recommend Royal Auto. I cant imagine going anywhere else to buy a car for our family.

Comment : Absolutely blown away but the amazing customer service! Don B helped me with my car but everyone is helpful and kind. I had 3 kids in tow, wasnt an issue there! They all welcomed us with a smile!
