Comment : I recently purchased a 2015 C7 Z06 Corvette from Royal Automotive, and I can’t say enough good things about Carter and Sammy. The car itself was in incredible condition—extremely clean and well kept. I knew it was the one for me the moment I saw it and was able to drive it home the same day I called.

On the way home, I ran into a small issue—because the Corvette had mostly sat in a garage with its previous owner, one of the reclining seat switches failed. With my three-year-old in the seat beside me, the seat started moving forward and wouldn’t go back. I called Carter and Sammy, explained what was happening, and they immediately told me to bring it back. As soon as I arrived, they had the switch replaced in under five minutes, and I was back on the road.

This is hands down one of the best cars I’ve owned, and the customer service made the experience even better. If I ever buy another car, I’ll be calling Royal Automotive again—and I’ll be asking for Carter or Sammy.

He knows the product(s). He was patient and listened well. He helped me get the Truck I was looking for. And when it comes to delivery of the vehicle he’s in a league of his own.
