Comment : John at Rowland's was a total pro and very helpful in repairing my sister's vehicle. Though working with them from out of state, they provided a very detailed diagnostic of all the repairs needed and allowed us to only address the most pertinent first, and plan for the rest later. Best yet, they went above and beyond for the work completed, provided a ride for my sister back to her home, and finished the work very quickly and cost-effectively. Highly recommend John and Zach at Rowland's.

Comment : I have known Zack Rowland since high school and always believed he was a stand up guy. I've waited on his lovely family many a time during my years at the waffle house and though I've never had to go to his shop personally, I have sent More than one person his way because I believe in supporting the businesses of people I know. I was extremely disappointed with the way this shop handled my daughter vehicle recently. It was towed in because it was overheating + they kept the car for over a week to repair it. They called and explained why it was overheating and what the problem was and said they were going to fix it. I believe it was a total of 10 days that they had the car but not 100 % sure on that. Once the car was returned, the very first time we drove it, we ended up stranded at a gas station, nowhere near the house because the car was overheating and it wouldn't turn back on..... the exact same reason why we had it towed in in the first place. Absolutely, nothing was done to the car in more than a week to actually fix it. I looked at the receipt and saw that my daughter was charged $500....250 for two brake pads, and 250 for a radiator cap, + coolant.We have a home with four working adults and two vehicles. We've now been down to one vehicle for over two weeks now. The cost of ubering back and forth to work when one lives in a rural area is crazy. Comment : They do good work but my only issue is, I had My heater core replaced I was told the dash would have to be pulled out that's no issues but when they did that they broke a rca cable in my aftermarket cd player and now my system doesn't work which it did before they worked on it so now I have to fork out money to get a new head unit for my music, my main concern was getting my car fixed but now it's something else, and I go to the same audio guy and he's a professional if it's not one thing it's anotherThey do good work but my only issue is, I had My heater core replaced I was told the dash would have to be pulled out that's no issues but when they did that they broke a rca cable in my aftermarket cd player and now my system doesn't work More
