Comment : Super service! My old 2004 Ford Ranger needed some service on the column shift lever. It took two men and a boy to move the shift lever from park to drive. Brian and his service crew fixed this problem in less than a day. Now it works perfectly. Great job! I now have an excellent auto service center to go to. Thanks again.

Comment : I was visiting friends in the immediate area and woke up to a flat tire. After driving to the garage with the donut spare tire staff greeted me and were so friendly and accommodating. Left the car there. Since I was an out of towner I half expected to get a call that they would need to replace the tire. Within a half hour they texted that the tire was repaired and ready to go. Price was more than fair. Highly recommend.

Prompt call regarding what needed to be done and price quote. Service on brakes completed so promptly. Have never had any negative experiences with this repair venue.

Comment : This was my first time having my car serviced at Rowland Street Garage. I had some exhaust issues with new pipes not lining up, and also some other exhaust components needing replacement. I always do research before buying products or costly services, and all the reviews I read about Rowland Street Garage were positive so I decided to give them a shot.
I dropped the car off on sunday evening by entering a side door of the building, filling out my info on a key envelope, then dropping it into a secure drop box.
I left some notes in the car on what my issues were, and I was pleasantly surprised to get a text the following day, only a few hours after opening that my car was ready to pick up. Upon arrival, I immediately inspected the work they had done, and it was perfect. They listened to my complaints and addressed them spot on.
When entering the building, I was warmly greeted and had some friendly conversation with the girl at the desk. She had my invoice ready to go, I spoke to the tech that worked on my car to get a break down of exactly what they had done, I paid what I feel was fair for the work they did, them I was out. No bull, no wasted time or wondering, I was in and out. The waiting area is spacious, quiet, clean, and accommodating with a TV, coffee, drinks, and seating that won't have ya crammed in a corner elbow to elbow with a stranger. (I think I even saw some snacks)
I am very perceptive to vibes from people as well as my environment, and what I felt here was all positive (especially for a Monday). I definitely recommend anyone who needs work done on their vehicle to try them out. I noticed they also sell pre-owned vehicles as well, some under $10k which is becoming somewhat rare these days, so it's not just a repair shop here.
Thank you for making my visit simple and painless, I'm sure I will be back again.
