Comment : Work took place after being hit in the back passenger door and rear panel. The car repair took about 2+ weeks, I was called while in RI that it was ready. When I drove back the same day it was not ready and took another hour and as I left was told if you find any issues please call. I left and during that week found it pulled to the left. I called (I was told part of the process was an alignment) and explained about the alignment plus the controls on the steering wheel to check the tire pressure and to set trip miles was no longer working. I was told the alignment was done,but the front left was an issue. (After going to two other service stations to ask if an alignment could take place without all 4 completed, I was told not possible.) So insurance was charged without the completion, nor was I ever told, provided a report regarding the issue. I still don't know what the problem is, but, I do know the car is not aligned. I also know the program on the right of the steering wheel was working because I use it all the time to track mileage for my mobile loan signings and check the tire pressure on a regular basis. The car was not returned to me in appropriate working order.

Comment : Our Hyundai Sonata failed a state inspection because of a bad tire. We were told that we should have the tire replaced. That we would be able to get a sticker without having the car reinspected within 30days. We brought it back the next week and had to wait for more than 50minuts while the car was reinspected.
