Comment : Horrible! Brought my brand new Lincoln in for a simple latch fix and Rowe in Westbrook, Maine had my car for 6 days. Offered me a loaner that never materialized. Above all, no communication. I found out they had a customer relations person on the 5 th day. They never knew that Lincoln has a Roadside assistance. My car was finally delivered teed to me dirty and with no explanation as to why so long. The customer relations person did tell me that I had caused the problem that resulted after the latch problem was addressed. I do not plan to ever return. They have a very toxic dealership and service depart.

Comment : It took almost 2 hours for the “quick lane” to change my oil and rotate my tires. The appointment was at 8am. Then when I came back to the auto shop at 9am and asked for an update on my vehicle the women made me feel like an inconvenience for asking and made a comment about being too busy.

Comment : The work done on my vehicle is a 5 but I am not happy with the customer service. Trying to talk to someone and asking about your rewards and warranty if anything is covered is brutal many phones calls that you are leaving and than a complaint lastly with the manager. I’m still waiting to hear on my warranty if something was covered and if another issue will also be covered. They are short staffed per the manager unfortunately that is not what a customer what’s to hear. Rowe never informed me that I would get a discount from being a AAA patron.
