When I didnt get a call Friday my car was due back, I called that afternoon and was told, oh it won't be ready until no later than Tuesday. When I never got a call again on Tuesday, I called Thursday and was told again, that it was still waiting for a few things but that person was not in and wasn't going to be until next week again. I was very unhappy that I had to reach out to get status updates and no one kept me in the loop. I was also shocked when I finally saw the bill that it was double the initial estimate and I was not notified of those changes. Despite going direct thru MMG, I feel as the car owner, I should have still been notified of the increased claim amount. 2.5 | Customer Service - 2.5/5.0
