I had a complex repair involving two insurance claims and an out-of-pocket paint touch up. Each process was handled seamlessly and easily. Unfortunately, the Service Center was to order and replace the door of my charging port on a 2022 F150 Lightning while my truck was at the Collision Center for 2 weeks and this did not happen. I now need to return for another start-from-scratch appointment to get this warranty work done even though we discussed and agreed in person that it would be completed while my truck was at Rowe for two weeks. 5 | Customer Service - 5.0/5.0

No one came out to show me what was done. I figured with being in customer service someone would come out and show me what was done. I found that some paint wasn?t buffed out on it and it looked like paint was dripping. I didn?t really say anything the first time I was there. I got all the way back to work and my blinker wasn?t working correctly so I had to take more time off from work and drive back down to have them fix the connection on the front headlight. That was fixed but they couldn?t fix the paint issue that day which I told them about the second time I was there. I have to take yet another day off from work to get that scheduled and fixed. I haven?t done that yet because I haven?t had a day off. 2 | Customer Service - 2.0/5.0 - | Same as first comment.
