Comment : I brought my 2015 Ford Focus in for service on 8/21/2025 because the check engine light was on. After a diagnostic test was done it was discovered there was a problem with the VTC Unit. Rather than replace the VTC unit it was determined to just replace the VCT solenoids. When that did not rectify the problem it was determined that VCT unit needed to be replaced. So as a result of the misdiagnosis and not replacing the correct parts originally I will have to pay twice as much for labor cost and spend additional time waiting for the repairs to be done when I believe the problem should have been rectified when I first brought it in for service.

Comment : Check in was quick and efficient. They brought my vehicle to me at my workplace when it was finished. Long wait for shuttle to bring me to work. Was told 10 minutes and it was more than 25 minutes waiting.
