Comment : Megan and I would like to thank the entire staff for all their hard work, especially dealing with Carshield on our behalf to cover the expenses of a complete engine replacement. They refused to cover most of it and we promptly canceled our policy, but Rte 83 did their best to do right by us. We will be back for future repairs, without the hassle of a scam warranty company.

Comment : I had a great experience here with getting my oil changed and also getting new brakes and exhaust pipe. The secretary, Quinn, is friendly and helpful, and was able to break everything down for me so I understood what I was paying for. Andrew did a great job fixing my car, explaining everything, and also allowed me to go into the garage to see exactly what was going on with my vehicle. They even gave me a ride home while my car was being worked on since I live so close. The final cost ended up being cheaper than I expected. I am very happy with my overall experience here!

Comment : Out for a Sunday ride in my classic Chevy 71' Malibu, she stalled out. AAA dispatched RT83 Auto Center, they came to my rescue, I asked the driver (Paul), does your Auto Center repair classics cars, he replied "yes", so off she went to RT83 AC. I was pleased to learn the staff was friendly, understanding, knowledgeable and professional. Turned out to be Ignition and carburetor issues. I will do business with the Samble family again. Many "thanks" to Kevin, Lisa, Quinn, Jim and Paul. Thank you.
