Comment : This place will disappoint you. Office staff are rude especially Diane. If you question anything about what they are saying or charging about your vehicle they get defensive along with rude. My final straw with this company was when I was trying to get Extended warranty work done to my vehicle. They tried to charge me a $1000 out-of-pocket. The second I questioned it They get upset They become rude. And at last but not least they will tell you just come pick up your car and we don't want your business anymore. I'm so glad they said that to me because I went down the street Had the exact same job done under my warranty With no money out-of-pocket. Comment : Have been going here the past 5 years. Throughout the years I've had good experiences and bad experiences. But the bad experiences are just getting tiresome and are costing me extra money. The office lady Diane comes across really rude sometimes. I'll no longer be going here which is disappointing I have to look around for another place I was hoping this place would be what I was hoping for.Update. I originally left three stars however in response to their reply I feel as though a one star is more sufficient considering they have no care or interest and responding to make the situation better they just want to respond in a way to make themselves look better. Comment : Needed my car towed yesterday and while AAA really gave me the run-around, Austin could not have been nicer or more sympathetic to my frustrations with the situation. Comment : These guys are great. I was collecting a bunch of dings, scratches, paint chips and a couple dents and decided to bring it in and they fixed it all within a couple days for a good price. My car looks brand new. Also my license plate was installed crooked and they fixed that for me without me mentioning it. Definitely recommend coming here, nice folksThese guys are great. Comment : Kevin, Lisa and the team did a great job helping our 21 year old Toyota not rust away even though running great. The body work on our back wheel well came out great and looks like it was out of the factory! Thanks!
