I had a minor accident and they took such care and made my car nice again. It was repaired and drives wonderfully and looks amazing. Will ALWAYS refer people to them. Thank you guys! Comment : Owning a car sucks sometimes. We all need em and they all have issues sooner or later. I just want to say today that of all the shops in the area I've tried, the stellar crew at Route 20 Auto in Saybrook are hands-down the best to work with in town. Tyler at the desk is a gentleman and a scholar, Cassandra is very kind as well. Meade in the garage is ASE certified and a true wizard. I'm fairly mechanically inclined and can handle most vehicle maintenance, so when I have to resort to the shop it's usually something tricky that's got me stumped. We drive weird cars and have put R20 to the test, from 2008 Subaru to 99 CRV to 77 diesel Mercedes, they can handle it all without batting an eye, at completely reasonable prices. They give you super handy dealership-style link to view on your phone with breakdown of the job, compete with photos with arrows "this is the problem". No matter what you drive, I'd bet they can get it straightened out. You'll be in good hands, don't hesitate to book your ride!!

Comment : I've taken two of my vehicles here and I will continue to do so. They've given me a ride back home when my van was in the shop all day, then came and picked me up when it was ready without any hesitation whatsoever. It was even ok if I had to have brought my children as well. They're SO friendly (love the office lady especially, she's the best!) and the mechanics show you what's going on and explain it to you in a way you can understand. Their fees are absolutely reasonable and the work has been nothing but the best. We even got a free oil change ticket in the mail which was AMAZING! I was looking for a "home" shop close by and I'm quite happy I landed with these guys! The little gift goodie bags in the car makes me giggle every time. Thanks guys.
