Comment : The service was great, however, even with a pre-scheduled appointment that took three months to get, it was still four hours at the dealership for an oil change and tire rotation. Explanation was that they were shorthanded that day, however, in the past it has taken equally as long to get an appointment, however not nearly as long in the dealership last time

Comment : Our biggest problem was the lack of responsiveness from the service associate AND the inability of the service department to update our contact information. The system showed an address from over ten years ago, even though we had moved and provided updated info every time we brought the car in. Throughout this recent experience we had to correct everyone on our contact info (phone and email), but it never seem to get corrected. Everything was finally resolved only when we decided to abandon fixing the vehicle and scheduled to have it towed away. We don't plan on buying another Hyundai, or any other vehicle, from the Penske Group if this is how long-time customers are treated.

Comment : Everything was explained at check-in and at check-out. There were no surprises. Waiting Area was comfortable & spacious with TV, coffee, snacks, etc. There was no Up-Selling. Thank you.

Comment : My service experience at Round Rock Hyundai was unacceptable for the following reasons: 1) It started with the Online scheduling process, and calling to get a more immediate appointment. 2) My vehicle was in for a parasitic battery drain and sat at RR Hyundai for 4 days before they looked at it. Of course the battery was dead. I had to show up at the dealership to get a new battery installed, missing work, and then it took another 4-5 days before they finally looked at it and diagnosed the specific cause of the battery leak. 3) The part was not available locally and was ordered from Canada. It took 2 weeks to arrive and turned out to be the wrong part. The correct part was again ordered and took another 2 weeks to get to RR Hyundai. 4) At first, the service advisor did not respond to my inquiries, and I left 2 messages for the Service manager, for which I never got a call back from him. The service advisor did start responding a little more timely, but always by text. Seven weeks later my vehicle was fixed and my wife finally got her car back. RR Hyundai did take off the $200 diagnostic fee, because of the initial delay. I was never offered a loaner car for the inconvenience caused by the delays. For all of these reasons, I would not recommend getting your car serviced at RR Hyundai.

Comment : They did a good job, but it was not perfect as they always missed something. They didn't do a car wash even though they promised to do it last time. Moreover, they didn't set a new service date in the car system, so whenever I start the car, it says service is required.
