Comment : Walking into Rotundas is a metaphor for the experience your car will receive. The room for customers is neat clean and comfortable. The front office folks are polite and professional. The work they do is impeccable. No one WANTS to have to use a Collision Center, but when you face an impactful circumstance, go to Rotundas.

Comment : I had such a good experience at Rotunda???s. They were so nice and understanding. They had my car back weeks before the projected date. Being in an accident was extremely stressful but I???m so grateful for the folks at Rotundas for making it easy. Also, my car looks brand new! Comment : After my car was hit, I was absolutely terrified of the process of getting it repaired. The team at Rotunda's took such excellent care of me and my car that I feel silly for ever being worried! Not only did Rotunda's work with my insurance, making the entire process simple and straightforward, they also worked with the rental car company so that I could just leave my rental there when the repairs on my car were done. They did so much to streamline the process and I really appreciated every single step. The staff were exceptionally friendly, communicative, and hardworking. They made sure to explain every step of the repair process and give me live updates so I could plan around it. I'd recommend Rotunda's to anyone!

Comment : Super duper collision center. These guys not only figured out the best repair options but even fixed minor items that needed attention. Didn t walk away in the red either. The quality of work is evident and I m grateful. Chris has the patience of a monk fyi. Definitely recommend working with him.

Comment : Rotundas collision goes above and beyond for customers. We had a minor scrape that dented our fender slightly. What should ve been a simple fix became an insurance nightmare we hadn t foreseen. Keith at Rotunda s worked with us through the process of getting the right part installed, but beyond that he navigated the absolute nightmare of our garbage auto insurance to actually pay for the damages. It really says something when a collision company works harder to help a customer than my own insurance company. Despite the absolute ineptitude of USAA auto insurance, Keith explained the whole process with us. Super patient, super great to work with, Keith and Rotundas made a pretty confounding policy situation as productive and easy as it could possibly have been. Thank you, Keith, and thank you Rotunda s collision!

Comment : Rotunda's war ??u??erst effizient und professionell und lieferte qualitativ hochwertige Arbeiten an meinem Auto. Im Oktober geriet ich ins Hintertreffen, und ein unkooperativer Schuldner verursachte viele Verz??gerungen bei der Auszahlung der Versicherung, aber Rotunda???s blieb w??hrend des gesamten Prozesses reaktionsschnell und hilfsbereit. Als es endlich Zeit war, mein Auto zur Reparatur abzugeben, hatte Rotunda???s eine Bearbeitungszeit von 2 Tagen. Ich habe mein Auto abgeholt und das ??u??ere und Innere hatte noch nie in meinem Leben sauberer ausgesehen! Sie haben ihr Bestes gegeben, um den Innenraum meines Fahrzeugs bis ins kleinste Detail zu reinigen, was eine angenehme ??berraschung war! Meine Windschutzscheibe hatte viele Schlieren und Beschlagen, und sie haben das komplett beseitigt. Nochmals vielen Dank an Rotundas, dass Sie sich f??r mich die M??he gemacht haben!
