Comment : Junior was great. The dealership needs to bring back the exterior carwash service. Based on the service prices the carwash should be included. The price of a part will be $8.72, but the bill will be a couple of hundred. Make it make sense.

Comment : I made an appointment for April 14, 2026. I took my working truck to the dealer, and they kept it until April 17, 2026, without checking it. I called several times on Thursday and Friday, and they did not have an answer for me. They said my truck was in line. What are appointments for? To be in line for 4 days. I had to rent a truck for four days. They never repaired.

Comment : I had a great experience at Rotolo Chevrolet thanks to my advisor, Kacie Vess. She was friendly, professional, and kept me updated every step of the way with what was going on with my truck.

Kacie took the time to clearly explain the issues in detail, including that my truck needed a new battery and that one of the connectors had a bad connection and needed to be replaced. I really appreciated how transparent and thorough she was it made the whole process much easier to understand and trust.

Excellent customer service all around. I’d definitely recommend asking for Kacie if you need help!

As my children and I go wait in their waiting room (dirty seats and dirty tables) I ask the cashier if there is anyway to power their Disney channel TV volume. She responds with "I don't have a controller" Then I say, o, do you know if maybe there are buttons on the actual t.v.? Her response- "I don't know. I didn't install it on the wall". Lol... She's is too old to seriously think she is cute answering like a smart donkey. I smiled and thanked her. I went over to the t.v. and turned it off. Problem solved. I'm sad that this is the closest Chevy dealership to me. I have purchased 5 or 6 vehicles from them and bring my cars for service regularly. Maybe it is time to get out of my comfort zone and take my business elsewhere.'>

Comment : As a women, I have always disliked taking my cars in for service. I feel taken advantage of. I recognize that MOST dealership Service Dept up-sell. Rotolo has gotten out of hand with that. And don't get me started on prices. I had to bring a coupon for a reasonable price. Yikes!

Comment : I had a recall on my car which resulted in my car being held for 4 when I received my car back it was so filthy from being parked outside I couldn?t even see through the windshield. They don?t even have the decency to run it through the was. I currently have a recall for a part that?s on back order. They were okay with me leaving with this pending service instead of offering a loaner car until the part arrives. I called my service advisor left a message and two days later I have yet to receive a call back. They are a high volume store because they give great deals but their service is terrible

Comment : This dealers service department is a big headache. I have taken my car for a camera replacement, it seemed like everything was in order. A few days went by and I received the call that my car was ready. When I pick my car up the camera was still broken, turns out they "replaced" the wrong camera. I take my car back within the same month for a different issue, needs a new temp sensor and thermostat. It takes them a WEEK to replace these very accessible parts. I go pick my car up and take it home, when I go to open the hood to make sure everything was alright, they left a rubber seal loose in the engine bay.
They are also very filthy in their work. They left my hood full of oil for some reason. This was a big headache and I will not take my car back here again.
Ps. Hector and Harmony were very helpful and understanding, thats the only good part about this department.
