Comment : I will give them that they were able to get my vehicle serviced any timely fashion, however there was a lot of rude people and I was not made to feel welcome or comfortable while I was at the dealership. The service advisor wrote on my paperwork that I declined work that was recommended even though they never discussed it with me and to me that is completely dishonest by listing it as something that I declined. Most of what was listed was already done and did not. need to be done if they had just spoken to me. I have high hopes that they will eventually become a great place to do business with. Comment : If I could give them no stars I would. I decided to take my car to NuCar because I had an issue with my vehicle and an issue with my key fob. The fob worked to start the car but the buttons did not work. I mentioned this to them on the phone setting up the appointment.You would assume they would then schedule to have the FOB there when the work is done. This never happened. They never replaced my fob that I had issues with. They also worked on my car in this duration. They apparently sorted out some part that had failed and replaced it. They had my car over a week. Once getting my vehicle back I had to drive and see family and wouldn't you know it my Engine light comes on.It wasnt even on before for the previous issue. I called them and left a message because NOONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. No response.Avoid this place like the plague. Do not go here. They suck. Comment : This is hands down the worst dealership you could go to in Allentown. Horrible customer service , no salesman has any real knowledge on the vehicles and they have the worst attitude it s genuinely unbelievable. They re just hiring anyone at this point. Very unprofessional in every way

Comment : Update to my first review. I took my car in for inspection as it's free for the life of my car and they charged my card $200 when the customer service representative told me I needed to pay $42 for a light bulb. I didn't authorize 200!! Because of my work schedule. I had to drop my car off the night before and pick it up after they close so I didn't get to speak to anybody personally and of course when I call nobody ever answers. This place is HORRIBLE. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Comment : Parts department great and very helpful. Service department is very good as well. Sales department can be iffy depending on the salesman you get. Overall a good dealership.
