I can't thank Chris enough for his help yesterday! My mom and I were stranded on the side of Route 78 with a flat tire and my 6-month-old baby in the car. AAA initially quoted a 45-minute wait, which was incredibly stressful given the situation. Chris called us within minutes, let us know he was on his way, and arrived in less than 20 minutes!

From start to finish, Chris was professional, incredibly helpful, and exceptionally kind. His quick response and reassuring attitude made a stressful situation so much easier to handle, especially with my baby with me. It's not every day you come across someone who goes above and beyond to help others, and Chris truly did just that.

I'm so grateful for his prompt service, compassion, and professionalism. He turned a scary and stressful situation into a much more manageable one. Thank you, Chris, for being so wonderful and for taking such good care of us! You are a true asset to your team, and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing roadside assistance!

Comment : Cindy and John were great to deal with. Process was smooth and accomodating to my needs. Provided estimate of work in advance and completed work in the time they promised. Shop is clean and they are customer oriented. Would return to this shop to have work done again. They also provide AAA discount.

Comment : MY car was taken there after being stolen and crashed. I asked if they could cut me a break considering it was stolen and I had no comprehensive insurance. They said they would do there best to work with me. Well, the Bill for towing and 36 hrs of storage was $500. The owner told me several times that's the best he could do because he had to pay his employee overtime. I said that was still expensive, then he went on to say the employee also had to wear special gloves during the tow. This place is a joke. When I got my bill the itemized bill was only 305 but the final bill was 500. I asked why they didn't have the other 195 itemized and they gave me some bs. I asked to put it in the bill and they refused. The owner jumped in and said it's fine because he new my agent and the insurance company would pay the 500. This was bizarre to me but after dealing with the two nasty women behind the counter I just wanted to get out of there . I believe they are doing illegal practices. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Needless to say, the insurance company only covered the itemized portion of the bill. This was a bad experience.

Comment : Amazing service... I called AAA and within 5-7 min I received a call from one of their tow ops. (I was stuck on I-78 and didn't know what mile marker)... Chris found my location right away after asking me simple questions and was there with his flatbed in 10 min. He had me hop in his truck and he loaded up my 2018 jaguar with no issue and was nothing but funny, professional and respectful. He then proceeded to drop me off at home first so I didn't have to get a uber then dropped my car off at the mechanic and sent me a picture to show me that no damage had been done. I wish I could give more starts for this company

Comment : Love this place ! As a younger single woman taking my car in for maintenance is terrible! Everyone here is so nice, knowledgeable/ explain things simply and prices have always been very fair ! I drive an older Jetta 106k+ miles and still no moans or groans about how difficult they can be lol truly fabulous shop.

Comment : Terrible customer service from start to finish. The staff was very impatient and seemed annoyed by simple questions. Instead of trying to help, they rushed through interactions and made me feel unwelcome. I had to repeat myself multiple times, and they still didn't listen carefully. There was no effort to solve my problem or provide clear answers. Overall, it was a frustrating and disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for respectful and helpful service.

Comment : So the driver arrives and first thing out his mouth was a curse word about how he hates vw because they dont have tow hitches in the front ok bro this is your job regardless , then proceeded to lift car and a hydraulic hose on tow truck popped, calls boss and they decided to switch out truck cool ,left puddle of hydraulic fluid on ground with no acknowledgement cool , delivered car to destination 30 min later cool, just shows how attitude can determine tip or no tip so I took the 20 dollar bill I had folded up in my pocket and put it back in my wallet !

Comment : I had a friend' s car with locked brakes blocking my driveway. AAA gave me the option of Rossnagles. The front office staff were friendly and helpful, the driver was prompt and was also friendly and knowledgeable!! I would not hesitate to use Rossnagle's in the future!!!
