Comment : Terrible customer service from start to finish. The staff was very impatient and seemed annoyed by simple questions. Instead of trying to help, they rushed through interactions and made me feel unwelcome. I had to repeat myself multiple times, and they still didn't listen carefully. There was no effort to solve my problem or provide clear answers. Overall, it was a frustrating and disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for respectful and helpful service.

Comment : So the driver arrives and first thing out his mouth was a curse word about how he hates vw because they dont have tow hitches in the front ok bro this is your job regardless , then proceeded to lift car and a hydraulic hose on tow truck popped, calls boss and they decided to switch out truck cool ,left puddle of hydraulic fluid on ground with no acknowledgement cool , delivered car to destination 30 min later cool, just shows how attitude can determine tip or no tip so I took the 20 dollar bill I had folded up in my pocket and put it back in my wallet !

Comment : I had a friend' s car with locked brakes blocking my driveway. AAA gave me the option of Rossnagles. The front office staff were friendly and helpful, the driver was prompt and was also friendly and knowledgeable!! I would not hesitate to use Rossnagle's in the future!!!

Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : Got linked with them through aaa. Honestly the quickest and most truthful on eta I?ve ever had a tow truck drive give me. I?m forgetting his name but top notch driver, secured the vehicle and dropped it off at my local mechanic. Great service!

Comment : I was stuck when my truck wouldn?t start. Holden came to tow me. Great guy. He knows what he?s doing. Took a bad situation and made light of it.
