Comment : I took my Audi Q3 for the service. The place was recommended by the friend. The customer service agent was very nice and well spoken. They were able to get the issue resolved but had to leave the cat for the day. I am student and told them I am on budget. They sent me list of service recommendations and I got the critical ones done. I wish I knew it was AAA approved facility and I could have availed the AAA discount but they didn’t mention when I asked if there is any student discount or anything. But I am happy with the service.

Comment : Romay’s is a solid, consistent, hands-on, won’t-yank-your-chain sort of mechanic shop. They’re big enough that you don’t have to wait long for parts and small enough to be super friendly and family-run. I’ve never been sorry to go to Romay’s and I always feel 100% confident in their work and follow-through. If you’re new to town, look nowhere else for your car maintenance. If you’re a townie, you already know just how awesome they are. And if you’re female, these are super safe, look-out-for-your-safety folks.

Comment : They were able to fix the problems that I had with my car in a timely manner. Art was very good at explaining things to me. They also have a shuttle service which is nice.
