Comment : I brought my 2010 Honda in for my driver side window being stuck and unable to move via the window switch. My experience was less than stellar.

I brought it in early on the Tuesday morning of the week, and was initially told this would be a same-day job or next day at latest. When I called the next day, they hadn't even gotten to my car yet. From there, I was told I'd get the car back later that day. Then Thursday came around, I called in the morning and I was told they found they had to replace the entire master switch. I decided to go through with it, and got the car later that day. I was charged a lot more than I expected, over $800, and I really cannot afford to make these large emergency payments as a student. They also had quoted some other fixes they said they needed to do right then, but I opted to leave it be. I overall had gotten a dealership service experience rather than that of a friendly local mechanic.

Ultimately, the new master switch I got wasn't even the same as the older one. It is a more primitive model: previously I could control the passenger side window with auto as well, but this doesn't have that. And the driver side auto to close the window doesn't work. So I overpaid to get a worse master switch.

I'm sure this place is good for oil changes or the basics, but for mechanical or electrical issues you are better off going elsewhere.

Comment : I’m from out of town and noticed the car was off. I took it to Roggi’s and in less than two hours they had looked at the car and fixed it enough for me to drive back to New Hampshire. Chris and the team made me feel at home while I waited and took the time to show me what was wrong. You can feel their passion for cars and doing things right. I cannot recommend Roggi’s enough.

Comment : I brought my Rav 4 to Roggi’s for an oil change and found it needed several other issues attention. They attended to them and I drive to the Cape and back and the Rav ran great! Thank you, Chris and Team!!
