Comment : Got a new battery a month ago from Autozone. Was having start up issues and had it checked out same-day on Sunday at Autozone. They tested and said it was fine - so no new battery under warranty. Now assuming alternator issues. Called Rocky's first thing 8am Monday if they had availability and they were able to take it right away. Guy I spoke to on the phone and did my car intake were really nice. As I was waiting for my sister to pick me up, he took it upon himself to do a quick battery/charge test to see what the issue was. Turns out my alternator was fine and my new battery was a bust! He gave me the test print out paper to give to Autozone and sent me on my way. No charge, no fuss. Just honest service. He could have lied and said my alternator was bust and caused my battery to die quickly. Rather he sent me on my way to get a new battery under warranty and ensured I was able to prove it with the test paper.

Will be going to them for any future service I need! They are trustworthy and honest. So happy I followed to the reviews and found them.
