Comment : Was finally trading in my favorite car which I'd held onto for 11 years. Problem was that my beautiful Q7 wasn't blowing cold air, and I knew that I was going to take a real hit on trade-in value.For a very reasonable price, Rob was able to get it blowing cold again with a recharge. I can't tell you how long that lasted, but it was still good when the appraiser turned on the AC that afternoon, saying "A lot of these, the air conditioning doesn't work any more."I'm guessing that the money I paid Mike was recouped 5 times in that transaction. Mike, I appreciate your making it happen, and making it happen quickly!

Comment : I went in to get a noise in my car diagnosed as I drive a far distance for work and wanted to be sure my car was running correctly. I received a diagnoses quickly and a clear breakdown of costs. They did let me know the total cost of a complete fix, but gave me an alternative that would still keep my car running well but avoid any completely unnecessary repairs. They got my car fixed within 24 hours and communicated with me during the entire process. I'm very appreciative of the expertise and customer service I received!

Comment : Rob is a very straight forward, honest mechanic. I've had to have work on my vehicle multiple times and he's always given reasonable prices. I also super appreciated that the one time he wasn't able to properly service my vehicle (required glass removal), he was honest about it and directed me to the appropriate place to get it serviced.

Comment : Sept9,2024Do not take your vehicle here or trust this auto shop!Picked up my vehicle and drove couple minutes down the road and had to pull over because it was 102 outside and the air conditioner still didn???t work and that???s all the shop was supposed to fix! Comment : Rob's Automotive is the BEST! My air conditioning was not working and after searching on line, I knew immediately where I was going to go. Rob is AAA approved; has been on the job for 40 years; had lots of positive and current reviews; showed me the problem; told me the cost of the condenser, and gave me the full price, plus labor and the car was ready to go very early on the day it was repaired. Heavenly cold air greeted me when I stepped into my car and now am ready for summer. Thank you, Rob!!!!
