Comment : Sent my truck to Robert’s auto recently and had some financial trouble, and Heidi was amazing! She helped me get through it and pay off my truck and get it fixed. I couldn’t have asked for a better first experience at a shop! First time I’ve sent something to a shop so I was hesitant, but Roberts Auto is the way to go, best service out there. Comment : Wow, this place rocks! I called Roberts to see if they could do a pre-purchase inspection on a used vehicle, and they were able to schedule one quickly even though I wasn’t an existing customer. Ray did a thorough job and even took me with him to test drive the car. The other staff I met, Heidi and Nathan, were friendly, caring, and efficient, both to me and to other customers, whether in-person or calling on the phone. This business is a true local gem.

Comment : I was from out of town, it was late in the day andI had an issue with a tire and Robert’s was recommended by a nearby auto parts store. They jumped right in to help me out. They identified the problem and got me going again. All the people who helped me: Heidi, Kevin, Bri and Solo were highly, courteous and thoroughly explained the issue so I could make the 160mile drive home with full confidence. I highly recommend Robert’s.

Comment : I was on my way to work, an hour from home and had car troubles. Robert’s made time for me immediately and got me back on the road. All the staff was wicked nice and I was so happy to have found this shop outside of my local area. Will definitely use again if I am in town. Highly recommend. Plus the pup Solo is a cutie!
