Comment : If you enjoy being scammed, bring your car here! For $50, they will tell you that your car failed inspection because the front and back brake pads, rotors, and calipers all need to be replaced. But guess what? For $2,000 they can do the work for you. I was shocked as I had the back brakes done about three years prior and since I work remotely, the new brakes had about 9,000 miles on them. They also had a laundry list of other "recommended repairs." The tip off for me was when they told me my oil was dirty and it needed to be replaced. I just had my oil replaced less than 1,000 miles ago when they were still Robert's Auto. I declined to have any work done and decided to get a second opinion. My car passed inspection with flying colors and no brake parts needed to be replaced. Perhaps it is because I am young and female, they thought they could coerce me into getting unnecessary work done on my car. If you don't believe me or want additional proof, I recommend reading the Yelp reviews at Auto Care Plus' other locations. I'm not the only customer they have tried to do this to. I'm upset because I loved Robert's as the guys were great and it is close to my house. However, I would rather drive the 20 minutes to another mechanic than be told I need thousands of dollars of unnecessary work.

Comment : Beware - it feels like everything they touch breaks or deteriorates. They replaced my breaks and then tried to SELL me new ones the next visit because they had rusted. Luckily, I remembered they were covered under warranty and once I brought that up they realized they were fine and knocked the rust off. I’ve heard other horror stories from locals of issues appearing after work done there and over charging for simple services. I have no trust in the Quality of work and that I will not be sold extra/taken advantage of. I would not recommend.

Comment : I can?t say enough good things about my experience at Robert?s Auto. First of all, thank you Heidi and Dustin. Traveling through the area for work, I noticed my car making a new noise. Being two hours from home, I looked up an auto place to stop locally. In under an hour I left feeling like I made new friends and confident knowing my car was safe with a small repair. Customers service and integrity is everything in business, and they have it all and more. Heidi even called me later that day to see how the rest of my day was going and checked to make sure I got home ok!! Highly recommend to all!! I hope our paths cross again one day :-)
