Comment : I started coming to Rob’e Mans in 2024 after the one decent place in Birmingham that I knew handled Mini’s closed, and they literally saved me from having to buy a new car when I really didn’t want to. If you’re emotionally attached to your car like me (😂), they’re honest about what is and isn’t a good investment in repairs. Ashley is absolutely fantastic. It is obvious that the team is highly skilled and knowledgeable, and everyone is both personable and professional. They extended the life of my car and I recommend anyone with a European car in Birmingham see them asap.

Comment : I recommended this shop to a colleague knowing their great reputation and having worked with them before. That’s a dicey proposition because now I’m on the hook. They didn’t hang me out to dry. They took care of my colleagues G37 steering rack and went above and beyond to ensure the experience was a good one. Look, no shop is perfect, but these guys are stand up folks that are going to take care of you with fair pricing and an excellent customer experience.

Comment : Brought my brother's 2010 Altima via tow to Rob'e Automotive, told Rick that the car had been sitting for 2 years, told him how other auto shops refused to look at. He said, we'll take a look at and see what we can do. Once the diagnosis was made on the car, he recommended the best options to get the car back running. We picked our car up today and yes, we're back rolling !!!! Thank you Rick and your staff!!!!
