Comment : This review is written a year later for a reason let me explain. So I brought my car to this location in March 2025 I bought a 2021 Toyota Camry and it just had bad brakes on it. They told me that all of the rotors were warped and it was going to need four brand new rotors brake pads on the front and back. I originally was actually not going to go here because I had another place that I always went too. They only worked on Toyota?s but I didn?t go there because they were so booked up I just couldn?t wait that long. So I agree to it because obviously the rotors were warped they were shaking really bad and it needed to be done. I spent over $1000 to get this work done to my car. A few months later. I had the windows down as the temperature started warming up, and I started noticing a clunking sound when I went over bumps, I took action immediately and went to. The original auto shop that I was going to take my car too in the original place to get the brakes done. I thought it was a suspension issue that was making this clunking sound come to find out this clunking sound was from this cheap location, come to find out the sound that I was hearing was not suspension. It was the brake pads. They put aftermarket brake pads on my car that were too small causing this sound. This place likes to put the cheapest stuff on your cars that they possibly can and charge you an butt load of money. I was told before I purchased these brakes that these were top-tier brakes, which was a complete lie so the brakes had to be redone again this time it was replaced with Toyota brakes front and back and just like that the clunking noise was gone so I ate over $1000 for this company to put crappy brakes on my car. I do not recommend going here If you?re looking for someone to do a top-tier job because they just put cheap aftermarket parts on your car.

Comment : Re: Pre-Purchase Inspection Experience

I recently found a vehicle I had been searching for, but as an out-of-state buyer planning to have it shipped, I couldn?t inspect it in person. After researching reputable Lexus service shops in the area, I chose Rob?e Mans based on their strong reputation and arranged for the seller to take the vehicle there for a pre-purchase inspection (PPI).

I received the inspection report the following day. While it did mention several expected items, it failed to identify some major deal breakers that would have immediately stopped me from purchasing the vehicle. Most notably, there was a significant crack in the rear quarter panel that was not reported. Additionally, there was extensive rust?far beyond what I would consider acceptable?and the radio was non-functional. These are not minor issues and should have been clearly documented.

Although the Carfax showed no accidents, the vehicle had obvious signs of prior damage that were not addressed in the report or by dealer. Even more concerning, in the section labeled ?inspect body damage,? no boxes were checked at all.

As an out-of-state buyer who relied heavily on this inspection, this oversight was extremely disappointing. I would strongly recommend others in a similar situation consider alternative inspection options.
