After he offered advice over the phone (which should have worked had an internal part not been broken), Jeff said he was about ready to leave work and would drive to meet me at the edge of town to try and assist. The tool he brought was the temporary solution needed. Next day, he researched problem, ordered part, and my car was repaired and ready by that afternoon.
