Comment : I had a strange situation with RNS where the wrong part was sent to them—completely by accident and not their fault. Still, they took full responsibility and resolved the issue quickly and professionally, without charging me a dime. That level of service is rare and truly outstanding.

Their focus is on the longevity and safety of your vehicle, and I appreciate so much how they go over a list of issues after looking over my vehicles. They thoroughly discuss which repairs and maintenance items are necessary, which are a good idea, and which ones are completely optional.
