Comment : 4WD suv broke down, Eli arrived promptly for a tow and was professional and quick. Also appreciated that he went through the effort to lift up all 4 tires to ensure no damage to the drive train during the tow on the vehicle didn't have to ask or anything. Very professional and courteous, good communication

Comment : The people were absolutely amazing. They helped me get my VIN check in less than fifteen minutes. The staff greeted me outside, told me where to park and explained what paperwork I needed. The test was super quick and everything went well. Highly recommend!

Comment : I am so glad that my issue was a dead battery instead of something that according to on board computer seamed to be something really serious. They are the best.

Comment : I broke down on a Saturday afternoon. I knew I wouldn’t be able to find anywhere to repair my truck until Monday and I had to leave town. I got my truck to shore automotive and they fit me in just before closing for the weekend, found a very simple repair and saved me so much time and money and got me back on the road immediately. My nephew was with me when I broke down and they made sure he was super comfortable and well entertained. They gave him toys to play with antique home. They showed him around the shop and were super nice to us. Really glad I went there. I know where to take my truck when I’m in Branford now. Thanks guys!

Comment : This towing company damaged my vehicle during delivery and caused the clips on my front bumper to be ripped off requiring a replacement bumper. When I first contacted them in regard to the damages, they said they'd be more than willing to take care of it and offered to fix it themselves but I told them I had to go to a specialist due to the matte finish on my paint but l'd get back to them with the estimate. 2 weeks later I'm told they're denying liability and so far have been refused to pick up my calls or get back in contact with me. If you value your vehicle, and good business practices, take my advice and look for another towing company. They are not to be trusted… the driver was nice though if that’s any consolation
