Comment : I witnessed the manager of the North Branford location being rude and dismissive of another customers service inquiries. It was an uncomfortable situation and unfortunately exhibited all of the behaviors that give service technicians a bad reputation. I will not be returning to RJ Shore.

Comment : Once again Id like to say how great Chris and Juan are to work with. Bringing a vehicle in for service at RJ Shore is always a stress free experience and you can trust the work, the price and the team. Brought my Tacoma in again for a new exhaust and a problem with my remote start (that they didnt even install) and had in back in a day. I’ve also met both owners, Rob and James and couldn’t ask for two more honest and helpful people. Thanks again
