Comment : We had a great experience at Rozzoli's today. They serviced our Sprinter Van. Their service was top notch and prices were affordable!
Richard was the best. He was extremely personable and professional.
Raymond was also very nice as well as all other staff members.
They were beyond accommdating, they had their kind shuttle driver( I didn't get his name) give us and our dog a ride to the local park!
It's so refreshing to find a place that provides such awesome customer service!

Comment : Everyone is so nice. I had to come back to back for what ended up being over $2000. They explained in detail what it was for and then gave me a list of things that I need to have in the future. Ray was exceptional. He was even able to get $400 off the last time I was there. I won’t take my car anywhere else.

Comment : I bought a used car and took it to Rizzoli's to diagnose 2 specific issues and do a complete check. They charged me $200 just to check out the seatbelt light staying on but couldn't find the issue. They said I had a bad battery and needed new windsheild wipers, as well as needing new shocks and fluid changes. They quoted me almost $7,000 for repairs. I had AAA come out and check the battery and it was fine. Washer blades not bad too. Another mechanic found and repaired the seatbelt light issue in a half an hour and did all the other things for under $2,500. I sent them an email and got no response. They might be good for other, for me they were as awful as awful gets. $400 entirely wasted.

Comment : Had a great first experience with Rizzoli this week. Incredibly friendly and detail-oriented front office staff! We didn't use it as this was a drop and go, but the waiting room was brilliantly clean and very comfortable. I can't speak to the deep skills of the mechanics as ours was a simple 4-wheel balance, but the job was done very well the first time. Results were outstanding.
