Comment : I bought a used car and took it to Rizzoli's to diagnose 2 specific issues and do a complete check. They charged me $200 just to check out the seatbelt light staying on but couldn't find the issue. They said I had a bad battery and needed new windsheild wipers, as well as needing new shocks and fluid changes. They quoted me almost $7,000 for repairs. I had AAA come out and check the battery and it was fine. Washer blades not bad too. Another mechanic found and repaired the seatbelt light issue in a half an hour and did all the other things for under $2,500. I sent them an email and got no response. They might be good for other, for me they were as awful as awful gets. $400 entirely wasted.

Comment : Had a great first experience with Rizzoli this week. Incredibly friendly and detail-oriented front office staff! We didn't use it as this was a drop and go, but the waiting room was brilliantly clean and very comfortable. I can't speak to the deep skills of the mechanics as ours was a simple 4-wheel balance, but the job was done very well the first time. Results were outstanding.

Comment : I brought my aged but trusted silver Lexus in for a quick liquid level check before a long drive. I was recommended to Rizzoli's by both colleagues and families who live in the area and know the shop well. I was surprised and not surprised by the excellent service I received from Raymond. He exemplifies what every guest relations professional should be, impeccably polite, meticulous, and always keeping in mind the customer's preferences. While I was speaking with Raymond he understandably helped both myself and a customer who dropped off for a smog check. The customer had an appointment, I didn't. Raymond took the time and the care to see to the other customers' needs, which had priority, and mine as well. He did so with grace and a great attitude. We will be recommending Rizzoli's to all our local friends and families!
