Comment : While visiting Rizzoli's auto shop not only did I experience excellent workmanship on my vehicle I also experienced genuine customer service. I was always greeted with a smile and a real concern for my vehicle. Phone call correspondence were just as professional and friendly as well as their shuttle service. Comment : My 2018 BMW530e needed new tire pressure sensors and I got several estimates. Rizolli's was on the high side, but when I showed them the low bid, they offered me the same price. Since they have always done excellent work for me and offer a ride home and a free Kwicky car wash, I chose to have the job done there.

Comment : Very nice and knowledgeable staff. The shop is extremely clean, great location and well laid out to assist you without walking around looking for someone. The lounge area was very comfortable with offers of drinks. Enjoyed my experience and just had a smog test so can't compare prices on services.

Comment : Ur driver was going 50mph down grand Ave. cut me off and almost hit a lady in the cross walk. Even worse he did this from 10th-4th (turned R on 4th st) this was 9:15-9:20am Friday April 17. He went right by ur location he has no shame and is a danger.

Comment : I had a great experience getting my vehicle?s oil change and Grace was excellent with her communication and coordination. I appreciate the shuttle option and free car wash coupon too.
