Comment : My wife and I brought in our Impala and Saturn yesterday for yearly inspection. We were received by Tina K and John Bierne. The cars were worked on promptly and returned to us in clean condition. Tina and John handled our paperwork and payment quickly and we were on our way. Comment : My experience at the Riverview dealership was nothing short of amazing! From the moment that I spoke to Tina initially to vent my frustrations with another dealership to the point where I was picking up my vehicle after all repairs were completed. Every interaction I had with the staff there was positive. I couldn't be happier with the transparency of the process and charges (obviously everyone wants everything free... but that's not realistic). Tina did a great job of explaining the entire process, getting my service appointment set up, keeping me informed through the process, and even getting us a loaner vehicle for the weekend while our work was being done. I couldn't say more great about our experience here and also that they must have some highly skilled mechanics and technicians as well because my truck is running like it did the day I bought it.
