Comment : My service adviser was very perfunctory. Not very affable or friendly. Strictly BUISNESS. I'm old school, appreciate a greeting...Good morning, how are you, how has your car been doing for you? And your car is ready, have a nice day. Little friendly stuff like that. A smile would be nice to. I bought my car new at your dealership, everyone was very friendly. That should carry over to the service department. Maybe this can be addressed in your next employee meeting.

Comment : Always polite. I just wish the cost of an oil change was more reasonable for senior citizens who are in a tight budget. I was charged $149 for the same service I would receive at Valvoline Oil for $75

Comment : I brought my car to get serviced because my navigation was not working. They quoted me over $3500 and when I went to get a second opinion at KIA of Irvine, they quoted me $1800 so I informed them I would be taking my car over there. once I inform them that he was very negative about that and tried to keep my business but I was also informed that he tried to get me a new navigation system instead of the one that came with my car (aftermarket part that originally came with the 2023 Kia Seltos's) and he didn't even try to give me options when I said I can't pay that. Also, they did not communicate with me about the diagnostic process or anything about my car. I had to call them three times to get an update on my car which then at the last moment they told me it was my navigation system, and they just need to replace the screen not the audio system.
