Comment : I used Metro Motors because it was a AAA approved shop and I needed my car towed somewhere quickly. I wish I would have looked into it more. There was very little communication from the shop and they brushed me off several times. When I picked it up, I asked a few questions about a discount I was supposed to get and the car itself and was basically brushed off because the guy at the counter wanted to go to lunch. Would not use them again. Comment : Helpful staff who found a rodent infestation in my (rarely used) car when I brought it in for an oil change and they took care of it. I will use them again

Comment : Came in for an estimate. Quick service, fair price, respectful as well. Had a small communication mix-up and the whole team at Metro Motor worked diligently and helpfully to sort things out. Will absolutely be returning here for future work.

Comment : My fianc??? worked there for a week and NEVER GOT PAID, we complained to the labor department and they denied the job. The only thing he received was a piece of pizza and 10 dollars, for a full week of work.

Comment : I had a disappointing experience at this auto shop, primarily due to the lack of respect shown by the front desk staff. I was assured my car would be ready for pick-up on the same day, but upon arrival, I was informed it would not be available until the next day. When I called the following day, I was told my car could not be picked up until Monday. Moreover, they moved my car to another location for an inspection without my consent. When I finally picked up my car, it began making strange noises. Upon addressing this issue with them, they completely shirked responsibility. Extremely unprofessional and frustrating service.
