Comment : Had service from them twice in a week, once for a jump start, once for towing. Very responsive both times and flexible on arrival time (and prompt). Justin took a great deal of car with loading my car on the tow truck, which I appreciate greatly. Highly recommend.

Comment : Had the unfortunate experience of crossing over a pot hole on the Blue Ridge Parkway August 17th just east of Cherokee. My Front Rim and Tire being Damaged in doing so. I was Forced to Call *HOG* for roadside assistance as the truck & trailer I used to visit was too far and the Bike Not Rideable. The lady was polite on the phone and I was soon called back and instructed to wait to hear from the Tow Truck Operator. I then waited patiently and then 'Dale' ~#20 Pulled up. He was super polite and also respectful to me and my Harley. Took Great Care and Properly secured her to his flat bed. We then ventured off to get me to safety, and I actually enjoyed our conversations. He's a great guy and didn't have to pay me so much attention. In a time of grief and terrible disbelief of my ordeal and not continuing the ride, I could also feel better that nothing else happened. As it could've been much worse. We visit the area often enough and would highly recommend Ridgecrest Towing *IF* an unfortunate situation arises during your travels.😀 Bud (Besco) Bajric

Comment : Cannot recommend the team at Ridgecreast enough if you need towing in the area, they truly came to the rescue and helped when I was stranded. I blew a tire on my Lotus on my way to Tail of the Dragon (RT129) and the only place that could fix it was 2 hours away; one phone call to Ridgecrest Towing and Lilly the dispatcher connected me with their driver Dale who would came to save me. I was updated multiple times throughout with the arrival ETA and when Dale arrived I immediately knew my sports car was in good hands. He had the correct ramps to load my car with the low front spoiler and got it onto the flatbed without any issue. We rode with him the two hours to the drop off location and he was extremely friendly and easy going which made the long drive a much better. Thank you to the entire team for taking such great care of me and my car! If you need and specialty towing for your sports car, motorcycle or regular vehicles these are the people for the job.

Comment : Ridgecrest Towing was amazing and a true God send. Mark went WAY above and beyond to help me and my stranded family out. We purchased a vehicle from a "reputable" dealership just eight days ago. While out of town on vacation in the beautiful state of NC the two bolts holding our brake caliper backed themselves out. Two local police officers suggested Ridgecrest and had dispatch contact them to come tow us. Mark was prompt and courteous and went way above and beyond for me and my family.
