Comment : ??This is one of the best repair shops we?ve had in a long time besides being courteous and really listen to what?s needed and they have a honest approach to fixing the situation?they go the extra mile? I asked and thought they also did detailing. They do not no time for such things, but when I picked up my car, he did an extra courtesy by spray washing it and my tires were disgusting the car looked immaculate?? so pleased with them and so happy not to worry about wrong information or things we don?t need.??

Comment : I am a AAA member when traveling through Franklin Tennessee. I had a flat tire. Ridgecrest was dispatched they plugged my tire and got me back on the road. I had received a call from hospice, I needed to get to Cleveland Georgia quickly to be with my Mother and family. Thanks to Ridgecrest I got there in time to be with my Mom.

Comment : Staying at Half-Mile farm in Highlands, NC and locked our keys in the car. Within 5 minutes I had someone on the way to me. 15 minutes later Tim shows up and saves the day. Great price, great service, great people.

Comment : I was sent there by the service manager at the Chevrolet dealership in Franklin. He told me that they were the best able to help me and he was right. Giuseppe was the mechanic that replaced the engine on my truck and now it runs awesome. Thank you guys!

Comment : They did a great job. My 2003 Taurus wagon is running like new(ish). Giuseppe was very patient explaining the problems. I know it’s not always easy to work on older cars. I’m sure I have many years left. I did not have a ride home and the tow truck guys- Tim, Samuel, and Gavin were extra special guys and very professional. Thank you again, Ridgecrest!!
