Comment : Super great bunch of guys. Took my 2006 Chevy 1500 in for a fuel pump replacement and they came across an important fix that needed to happen immediately due to safety concerns. We would have never have known and would have continued driving the truck, had they not looked and informed me.

After those repairs were finished, my fuel gauge actually quit working and was pegged to empty. It was something to do with the fuel pump they previously installed, so they took it back out and fixed that, no charge to me. Also changed the oil in the truck while doing all this.

They are very honest and shoot you straight on what your vehicle needs or may need down the line. The invoice they provide clearly states what work was performed, as well as a clear labor breakdown, along with suggested maintenance. Highly, highly recommend them!!

Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : I needed my car towed to a tire shop and this is the company that my insurance set out. Right when I went out to meet the driver he called me doll, which wasn?t my favorite, but I assumed it was a southern thing. That assumption went away once I gave him my car keys and he said ?I assume you?re not coming home with me, right?? Such a completely inappropriate and disgusting thing to say to a young girl, alone, needing help with her car. I?m lucky that I was able to get my car towed from an apartment, because I would have been even more uncomfortable had I been stranded on the side of the road with this man. Nick was his name, use caution if you choose this company, although I would recommend you don?t.

Comment : We are AAA members and live 17 miles from the nearest town; we needed help when the brakes locked on the Toyota truck. We had a tow truck within 30 minutes, and a nice guy who knew how to get the job done quickly! Very polite and incredible customer service from Dale, who towed our truck to our chosen mechanic. Comment : Hanging 1/2 way off a mountain is not recommended. I called AAA and they sent Ridgecrest Towing to rescue me. I'm fine, the car's fine, and 'Saint' Nick is an efficient, effective miracle worker. ❤

Comment : Not sure which location Dale works at, but he did an excellent job getting my dead M3 out of a TIGHT gravel lot. He had soft straps, wood, etc. All the things to make sure recovery went smooth. If I ever need this service in the area again I know who to call for sure!

Comment : Have taken my car and my girlfriends car here half a dozen or so times now (had both of them towed there more than once too). Great shop that dosen’t over-quote jobs and they get stuff done pretty quick. Be careful with the directions to the shop though google has taken me to the old location once and Apple Maps typically gets it right. If your map isn’t getting it right it’s the one beside the Best Western
