Comment : We had a problem with the car not being able to move, and I called aaa. They sent out a technician for Ridgecrest, and I think his name is Sammy, but I'm not positive. He was excellent,--knowledgeable, patient, kind, send understanding. I cannot say enough good things about this man who helped us. I appreciate the excellent service that he provided. You are lucky to have people like him working for ridgecrest.

Comment : I had my truck towed here for a brake issue and AC wasn’t working. They fixed the brake issue and found a small leak in the valve of my AC system. The AC was a cheap and easy fix that saved me quite a bit of money VS what could have been. I truly appreciate their honesty and professionalism. I strongly recommend this shop.

Comment : Dale was AMAZING. He dug my car out of an impossible ditch and didn't leave a single mark. I was in a remote area and he got here in less than 45 min. He was really friendly and knowledgeable. I could not have asked for better service!

The owner confirmed the tow for me, the skilled tow driver arrived soon after the call, and the seasoned mechanic Derek, stayed in communication with me concerning every step of the repair. I couldn't have asked for a smoother team to get me back on the road, and in such a reasonable time.
