Comment : Driver almost caused an accident in Walmart parking lot in Murphy, NC on 11/29/2025. Ridgecrest would have been liable for that damage. Hire better drivers.

Comment : Tesla Towing PROS!
My Tesla as a HUGE pain to get loaded. And where it was parked was not easy to load either. My Tesla updated and my phone key as well as my key card was not working so we had couldn’t even put it in neutral! Dale was a professional. He knew what he was doing and he managed to get my car on his truck perfectly! Not to mention we live on the top of a mountain and our driveway is a bit treacherous. Dale navigated everything like a pro with no problem. I was blown away. Thank you for sending this amazing Tower Dale #20. We are so grateful for the great job he did and for his exceptional knowledge and expertise! THANK YOU DALE & Ridgecrest Towing!

Comment : We had a problem with the car not being able to move, and I called aaa. They sent out a technician for Ridgecrest, and I think his name is Sammy, but I'm not positive. He was excellent,--knowledgeable, patient, kind, send understanding. I cannot say enough good things about this man who helped us. I appreciate the excellent service that he provided. You are lucky to have people like him working for ridgecrest.
